![]() After high temperature sintering, porous ceramic skeleton with superior performance was obtained. The cracks on the surface of both kinds of ceramic skeleton were healed by impregnation and secondary sintering. Two kinds of porous ceramics skeleton were prepared by high temperature sintering in inert atmosphere (HTSA) and liquid silicon infiltration(LSI), respectively. In this work, the green body of the porous ceramics skeleton was prepared by liquid crystal display (LCD) 3D printer. Therefore, crack healing on the surface of porous ceramics is an urgent problem to be solved. These cracks reduce the density and mechanical property of the porous ceramics skeleton, accelerate its corrosion rate, and limit its application in engineering field. However, many cracks inevitably appear on the surface of porous ceramic skeleton after sintering. The common preparation method of the porous green body is photocuring 3D printing technology. The porous ceramics have a wide range of applications in energy storage, heat transfer, sewage treatment, etc.
